The Hermès Bolduc au Carré Hermès scarf tells a story of the brand's heritage through a playful design. The scarf's design, created by Caty Latham, features a grid-like pattern made of interwoven bolduc ribbons, an Hermès signature ribbon with a dotted border evoking a saddle stitch. This intricate weave cleverly hides and reveals a horse-drawn carriage and groom, a classic Hermès motif, within the squares, creating a "hide-and-seek" effect. Caty Latham's design transforms this simple ribbon into a complex, mosaic-like pattern. The ribbon strips are interwoven to create a visual puzzle, where the carriage and groom are hidden within the squares.
