Inside the cocoon, everything he had known dissolved—it was dark, uncertain, and uncomfortable. For a time, he wondered if he had made a mistake. Drawing on more than three decades as a sculpture conservator at leading cultural institutions in Australia and the United States,  Liz brings a rare depth of technical expertise to her craft. Her work preserving Indigenous Australian, Contemporary Asian, and Pacific artworks has shaped a nuanced understanding of material, texture, and storytelling, informing every piece she creates.

Each Flockbywild accessory is handcrafted in small batches from vintage luxury ties produced by houses such as Hermès, Chanel, Gucci, Burberry, and Ferragamo. Celebrated for their vibrant hues, sophisticated prints, and enduring silk quality, these textiles are thoughtfully combined and contrasted to create cuff bracelets, earrings, and hair accessories that feel both timeless and unexpected.
