One-of-a-kind works of art reimagined from the world’s finest collection of vintage Hermès scarves.  Each piece is unique, handcrafted in our Lexington KY atelier – never to be repeated.

The story behind the Hermès La Patisserie Francaise scarf is rooted in French culinary history, specifically the 1873 cookbook Le Vivre de Patisserie by Jules Gouffé. Artist Pierre Marie drew inspiration from this book, which detailed the elaborate creations of Gouffé's Parisian pastry shop, to design the scarf. The resulting design features a whimsical, extravagant display of confections like almond paste jars, pistachio croquembouches, and choux buns, honoring Gouffé's imaginative work and paying tribute to the art of French pastry.
