The Hermès Tigre Royal scarf design, created by Christiane Vauzelles in 1977, depicts a majestic Bengal tiger surrounded by golden palms. It's a tribute to the power and nobility of the tiger, drawing inspiration from the original "Tigre Royal" scarf, which was a tribute to the Bengal tiger, once feared and hunted by Nabobs.

The tiger, with its serene grace, represents the power and charisma of the natural world. The palms on either side echo the tiger's stripes and suggest the grandeur of a dignitary's attire.
