One of a kind throw blankets reimagined from the world’s finest collection of vintage Hermès scarves and sustainably sourced Grade-A 100% pure Mongolian cashmere. Each piece is unique, handcrafted in our Lexington KY atelier – no 2 are alike.

Handcrafted from 500gram weight 100% Grade-A cashmere, our cashmere throw blanket is the height of luxurious comfort. Both lightweight and cozy, it's the perfect year-round layer and decorative accent.

    Story Behind The Scarf

    The Hermes Brides de Gala scarf, an iconic design, tells a story of equestrian heritage and artistic collaboration. Created by Hugo Grygkar in 1957, it draws inspiration from a harness in the Émile Hermès collection, reflecting the brand's origins as a saddler and harness maker. The design features interlaced harnesses, showcasing the Maison's dedication to beautiful, useful, and durable creations.

    The Brides de Gala design pays homage to Hermès's core business of saddlery and harness making, a craft they've been involved in for generations. Hugo Grygkar, a key designer for Hermès, brought the design to life, inspired by an object from the Émile Hermès collection.

    The scarf's design, featuring intertwined bridles, embodies the elegance and sophistication associated with the equestrian world, a theme deeply rooted in Hermès's history. The "Brides de Gala" scarf has remained a classic, symbolizing Hermès's timeless style and enduring appeal.

    I just took some pics not sure if you got them but I thought the product was going to look exactly like the picture shown. The one I received is not exactly like the picture shown - different part of the scarf on mine, different color zipper, not what I expected. I would be nervous to buy as a gift for someone unless I saw it for myself in a store.

    The cuff bracelet is just "ok". It is not as heavy as one would expect from a luxury item - it feels light, like something that can be bought in any costume kiosk at a mall. The scarf remnant woven through the cuff bracelet is not silk as described - it is a wool blend, so not drapey. Overall, disappointed with this piece. I am still waiting for a bag I ordered at the same time (10/9). I'm hoping for a better outcome when I receive that.

    The charm itself is beautiful, but the smell is HORRIBLE! It smells like a moldy musky basement. I thought the smell would go away, but it didn’t. I had set the charm on our dining room table and my husband asked what that smell was and he was in the family room. Thought about tossing it but I spent $140, I couldn’t return because I needed to get that box out of my house fast. I have it in a shoebox with charcoal oder eater pads. I hope this works.

    This was pretty, but it smells absolutely horrible and can’t use it. Smells moldy. I have a large bedroom and it made my bedroom smell so bad. Moved it to my bathroom, it’s large as well, made that smell. I eant to throw it away but it was $140. If anyone knows how to get a moldy basement smell out of something, please let me know.
