Artist Pierre Marie reinterpreted the design, giving it a contemporary feel with illustrations of modern couples in various Parisian settings.
The original Les Amoureux de Paris scarf by Maurice Tranchant featured a map of Paris with illustrations of well-known historical couples.
Pierre Marie's version, released in 2019, reimagines the concept with a focus on contemporary couples engaged in everyday activities in Paris.
The scarf includes illustrations of couples proposing marriage, dancing, cycling, and skateboarding, all set against recognizable Parisian landmarks.
